We want you to love your Nalani pieces. If something isn’t right, our customer care team is always here to assist.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original condition.
This return window is provided in addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Made-to-Order Items
Many of our pieces are thoughtfully made to order through our trusted partner studios.
Because of this, returns for reasons such as sizing or change of mind may be limited and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If your item arrives with a quality issue, printing error, or damage, we will happily replace it at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
To begin a return or replacement request, please email support@nalanibutik.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Our team typically responds within 24–48 hours.
A Note on Sizing
We recommend reviewing our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.
If you are between sizes, sizing up is often the best choice.
